Mass actions across the state
March 1, A major day of simultaneous mass actions across the state, preparatory to the March 5 march on Sacramento.
March on the Capitol

Everyone concerned about the defunding of California's system of public higher education will be marching in Sacramento, or protesting elsewhere. This has become an annual event (see pictures from 2008 here or read a New York Times article about the 2010 protests). More details will be posted closer to the date.
